4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification with the same contact information, stating under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.
5. Repeat Infringers
SPIDYURL will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
